MAINTREX, LLC was founded by Bryce Casey, a former U.S. Navy nuclear technician with a background in high-stakes systems, precision maintenance, and operational discipline. After transitioning from the military, Bryce applied his technical skills and problem-solving mindset to the commercial facilities world — quickly identifying a gap in how small and mid-sized businesses manage their essential services.
